• INITIAL TEACHER CERTIFICATION**
  For applicants who do not met the requirements for the Professional or Master teacher certificate and have not previously held an Initial or Provisional teacher certificate.

• SECOND INITIAL TEACHER CERTIFICATION**
  For applicants who have previously held an Initial or Provisional teacher certificate but who have not satisfied the two years of teaching experience and/or the content area exam requirement for the Professional teacher certificate.

• PROFESSIONAL TEACHER CERTIFICATION
  For applicants who met the requirements for the Professional certificate.

• MASTER TEACHER CERTIFICATION
  For applicants who met the requirements for the Master certificate.

• RENEWAL/REINSTATEMENT APPLICATION
  For applicants who are eligible to renew or reinstate their Type A, Professional, or Master teacher certificates.

**Applicants who are eligible for the reinstatement of a Professional or Master teacher certificate cannot apply for the Initial or the Second Initial teacher certificate.
