Comment on Emergency Regulation

The following regulation is open for public comment until 4:00 p.m., November 10, 2009.

4 AAC 60  Pre-Elementary (Early Childhood) schools.  The proposal would amend health and safety standards for public and private pre-elementary schools and amend program requirements for public pre-elementary schools.
 
4 AAC 04.220(f)(g) Paraprofessional standards.  The proposal would establish a new formal Paraprofessional assessment and score

Oral comments may be submitted at a hearing to be held on December 10, 2009, at the Anchorage School District school board meeting room, 5530 E. Northern Lights.
