Computer Setup Information

We highly recommend you test your computer and headset connection well ahead of time by using this Elluminate Live help website available 24/7:

Step 1 will check your system to ensure you have a compatible operating system and the correct version of Java.

Step 2 will take you to a “configuration room” where you may log in to an actual session. Once you are in that session, you will see the instructions to configure your Audio and set your connection speed.  You will also need to run through these same steps on the day of the webinar as soon as you log in.

Please note that your browser security settings may block downloading of files to your computer. If so, you will need to accept the download of the files necessary to run the Elluminate Live session (the download occurs every time you join a session).
