Welcome to the Alaska Teacher Certification Online Payment Center.
Individuals applying for certification or requesting other services from the Alaska Teacher Certification Office are required to submit the appropriate fees through this website. The issue date of your certificate is the date a complete application and payment of fees is received in our office.
- Complete the appropriate application or form. You can find these items on the Applications & Forms page
- Use the Online Payment Center to pay the required fees.
Mail your Online Payment receipt and your complete application or form in one packet within two weeks of payment to:

Fees are non-refundable. If you pay the wrong application fees, it can be applied to another application or service within a month.
Active Initial Teaching Certificates (valid for up to three total years) may be extended without additional fees.
